The house is large and clean, with multiple areas for privacy, and a great area for grilling and eating outside. The pool is large and in a very scenic part of the property. My kids loved the yard and the dock. Very convenient location. Couldn’t have been happier.
It was raining, so we did not get to enjoy the grounds but had a very nice overall stay.

New Year’s Getaway
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner, Brian, was easy to communicate with in anticipation of the stay and the check-in process was seamless. The space was large and comfortable. It was just the change of scenery we needed with beautiful views and spaces. We stayed in the winter so I can’t comment on the pool/hot tub/ or water activities, but they looked beautifully appointed and I would be interested in returning during the warmer months to take advantage of these. I have no complaints as we found everything to be “as advertised” and “functioning properly”. The light switches were confusing as some are labeled and some are not, but that is just a matter of trial and error. If I came back, I would love to see lawn games like bocce, croquet provided as well as indoor/board games. There were plenty of books and we brought some games with us, but it is always nice to have additional options.
Brian was a very accommodating host with a wonderful property. The property had everything we needed and was close to the beach. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Brian’s home. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect! The home was spacious and the deck was perfect for grilling and hanging outside. This home was great for a big family to get together and have a relaxing fun weekend together. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back !

This house perfectly matched the description and comfortably housed 14 of us. The back patio and grill were great, but the star of the show was the pool. We had a great stay and if we take another trip to the Hamptons we would gladly rent this property again.

This place in Westhampton is a great hideaway for a group vacation. Spacious, clean, and quiet with tons of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy—it’s hard to ask for more! I’d absolutely rent it again. Brian is a communicative host and easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay!
The property was perfect for all 4 families-there were 8 adults and 6 children 5 and under plus a pet. We had more than enough room for all and all enjoyed! We plan on returning next year!
There were 10 of us visiting Westhampton for a wedding, and this house was the perfect place for us to sleep, get ready and hang out. Great location to the water and restaurants, plenty of parking and outdoor space. Owner was very accommodating to check in and super responsive for questions pre and post stay. Highly recommend if you need a nice, clean and spacious place to stay and experience Westhampton.
